Return Policy

At Grace and Noelle, we want everyone to be treated like family. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we offer returns or exchanges made within 15 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@graceandnoelle.com.

Returns are only available for full-priced items if they are in their original packaging and condition without being washed or worn with a hang tag present.

You are responsible for shipping your items back to us, which includes paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Exchanges:

We do allow exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. Exchange requests must be processed within the same 15-day time window.

Cancellations:

Please note that our orders CANNOT be canceled, changed or modified after checkout due to our quick turnaround and processing times.   

All FINAL SALE items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.  

Damaged or Defective items on receipt:

If you receive a damaged item, contact hello@graceandnoelle.com within 72 hours of receipt. If the notification occurs outside of this window, we can no longer process the return. All damaged goods require a submitted photo to be reviewed. Please include any damaged or defective areas in the photo.

Lost or Stolen goods:

Grace and Noelle cannot be held accountable for lost packages or packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If this is the case, please reach out to the carrier to further investigate what happened.
